\nIt is marketed under the brand name \u201cKasugai Cactus\u201d and has also a cute character.

The 80% of grinding wheels we manufacture is custom made.
\nAbrasive grinding wheels have hundreds of combinations of specifications, and its cutting ability and durability vary depending on its combination.
\nWe create the grinding wheels through repeated trials taking various specifications and grinding workpieces into consideration, in order to archive exactly what required at manufacturing sites.<\/p>\n

We perform pre-tasting of new materials. It is conducted using the testing equipment which has accumulated basic data. Based on in-house grinding test by our own test equipment, we can check the grinding performance and suitable product before making a proposal for customers.
\nWe conduct also grinding wheel test and its performance evaluation using customer\u2019s workpiece. Based on our own in-house test, we can ensure the direction in which grinding should go. It can also help to reduce customer\u2019s burden for trial test.<\/p>\n
